Great time to be a buyer! Seller's are becoming conditioned to the fact that there are a lot of choices for buyers in the current market so prices are being adjusted. I don't see prices decreasing dramatically as homes are still moving so it is time to stop waiting and buy. Out of state buyers are still coming in and our area is growing so the market will not stay this way for too much longer is my guess. Should start turning the first of the year.
