Great time to be a buyer! Seller's are becoming conditioned to the fact that there are a lot of choices for buyers in the current market so prices are being adjusted. I don't see prices decreasing dramatically as homes are still moving so it is time to stop waiting and buy. Out of state buyers are still coming in and our area is growing so the market will not stay this way for too much longer is my guess. Should start turning the first of the year.

Busy weekend at the ranch. We hosted a Kathleen Lindley clinic over the weekend. 6 riders came together to work on what ever need work. From ground work to riding, we saw it all. Kathleen will be back next year to the Flathead Valley  for a longer clinic. John's Angels brought lunch each day and ...

Really, this is more of a Glacier National Park plowing update. Our weather is not helping the plowing crews in the park. Rain in the valley means snow in the mountains.
