All righty then, I will NOT be skiing today. Had planned on it as the weather was supposed to be awesome, but there is now a winter weather advisory and the skiwhitefish.com site that sends me auto emails on ski reports, just said the wind is howling at the summit 20-30 mph, no thanks! We went up yesterday morning and stayed on Chair 2 which is finally open. Fast runs, no people, good snow. Stayed there as the summit still looked fogged in. Good morning! This is your Whitefish Mountain Resort Snow Alert for 12-12-2012Whitefish Mountain Resort has received 6"/16cm of snow in the last 24hrs. Here is the latest Snow Report information: Our Snow Reporter Big Dave* said in this report: 6:00am The snow has been coming down steady all night long and it is still falling as we speak. The 6" that fell overnight on top of all the soft snow around the Resort will leave us with some fantastic turns today.
