I'm very excited - my Lake Wallenpaupack (and surrounding region) Real Estate YouTube channel is finally ready to launch.
Since becoming a full time Realtor in 2007, I've played around with YouTube but never took the time to create real estate videos with consistency. I have known and understood the value in YouTube and video in general, but have not allocated the time necessary to create quality content on a regular basis. One of my biggest hindrances has been time management, along with the fear of not being "polished" and "professional" enough.

Lake Wallenpaupack has public access points. There are also several marinas around the lake for would-be boaters to rent a seasonal boat slip.
Some homes have boat slips with them through their homeowner association.
Boat slip included means the slip transfers with the home. Boat slip available means that access to a slip is granted but there is a waiting list - you will have to wait your turn. The slip does not transfer with the home.

Wintering at Wallenpaupack! Brrrrr! The air coming off Lake Wallenpaupack the other day felt as if it were coming directly from Antarctica! Even with no breeze to speak of, it was mighty cold! When I reluctantly crawled out of my warm nest of fleece and multiple quilts, the temperature outside was 3.4 degrees. The nip in the air INSIDE of my house hurt my nose!
