Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, Alan Greenspan's replacement, yesterday announced that the "Fed" is entering the New Year with plans to aggresively cut interest rates. Bernanke said that the Federal Reserve board has decided that avoiding a recession is a much greater worry that containing inflation. Quite a few years ago I lived in Columbia, Maryland. Now, for those of you who have never been to Columbia, and I was one of them, Columbia was one of the first "planned communities" in the country. It is such a nice luxury to have so many offices. Most Realtors only have one office. Some Realtors who belong to multi-office companies sometimes have several offices they can meet clients at. Over the Next Few Days, Many of Our Children will be wearing all of their wonderfully decorative and imaginative Halloween Outfits. There will be parties, both at school, and at their friend's homes.
