The HBC Group is responsible for another home sold in McLean! Cars were literally lining up at the open house the weekend that it was open. McLean Heights is a neighborhood of just 11 homes near downtown McLean. As usual, single level living homes fly off of the market, and this one was no different. Longfellow street has a draw to it, there is a nice mix of new and classic builds. Not to mention, the location is prime. Close to downtown McLean, and minutes from McLean High School are just a few more features of this wonderful spot.

The neighborhood is well situated in the North Point area of Reston. With its proximity to Reston Town Center, there are plenty of ways to spend the evenings. The key features of this neighborhood are the recently renovated Woodstock Park, the nearby Lee Heights shops, and it’s amazing location. Acredale is a small cluster of 32 homes along two streets, Babcock Road and Five Oaks Road. The biggest benefit of this neighborhood is it’s proximity to the Town of Vienna and it’s short 1.8 mile trek to the nearest Metro station!
