Regal Oaks is a small community of 60 townhomes right outside the beltway, just south of Tyson’s Corner with easy access off Gallows Road. It has all the amenities of it’s incredible central location, while still having the benefit of suburban living, with its no-outlet thru streets and abundance of greenery. The neighborhood was built in the early 90s and features modern colonial town homes. While a small community, it has a very intimate neighborhood feel with an active HOA and friendly residents. Woodside Estates is a community of around 200 homes in McLean 22102. Woodside Estates features many large homes of varying styles on spacious lots. The origin of the neighborhood is from the 1950s, but with the amazing location, Woodside Estates is a target for frequent new builds. The neighborhood is heavily wooded throughout giving it a secluded private feel while only being minutes from Tysons Corner malls. The neighborhood features the private Woodside Lake, a frequent destination of residents. Kings Manor is a neighborhood located off Dolly Madison Boulevard near Downtown McLean Shopping and Business District. The residents appreciate the convenient proximity to Tyson’s Corner Mall and Galleria, Washington DC, and Arlington.
