It is not unusual for people to think Lynnwood is a subdivision since the sign at the primary entrance on Old Bridge Road is different than the signs at the entry to the other sections of Lake Ridge. Having lived in Lake Ridge since 1985 I have seen many real estate market fluctuations. Additionally, in our more than three decades as real estate professionals my husband and I have seen a plethora of real estate market reports. Some agents prepare reports showing home price comparisons for the past three or more years. If your focus is on historical data the public library would be your best resource. It is my professional opinion a real estate market report should present current statistics that affect you if you are planning to buy or sell real property.
Each Spring the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association stocks one of our 5 pools with trout for a fish out during Spring Break.
