Construction on this new center will begin in 2007 and be completed in 2009. It is being built at the Georege Mason University campus in Manassas. When complete it will provide a very versatile, state-of the-art facility. It will be home to the Prince William Symphony, Manassas Ballet Theatre, Gray Ghost Theatre and other similar organizations. While there are many advantages to a planned community such as Lake Ridge, Westbridge and Old Bridge Estates, one of the most important requirements is local shopping for those everyday items - the supermarket, banks, pharmacies, the dry cleaner, florist, greeting card store, family restaurants, gymnasiums, service stations and auto repair facilities, frame store, fabric shop, vitamin store, etc.
