Cash is gold and real estate in Florida is selling. WOW, I don't know about the rest of the country, but Fort Lauderdale, Florida beach area properties are selling like hot cakes. We have properties such as a 1/1 beautiful property between the Intracoastal and withing a block of the ocean as low as $50,000. We are seeing an influx of people with cash buying everything at rock bottom prices. As is the motto in our office. Those that buy now are the millionaires of the future. How is this current situation in your area?

Geeze Louise...you have got to be kidding me. Most of the condo's in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, don't allow pet's at all. A few allow pet's under 25 pounds, some say you can have them in your unit, but the cannot walk in the common area's so pet owner's buy little carriages to take their pet's outside. Most condo associations don't want, sheppards, pit bull's, the meaner type dogs. Where do you put these people?
