New listings are almost double compared to October of 2010. This is a good indication that consumer confidence is up as they are seeing that our market is on the rebound and homes in Florence Al are selling.

You will find homes available on the Florence Al side of the Tennessee River in Lauderdale County varying in price from $200's up to $2,000,000. And homes available on the Muscle Shoals side of the Tennessee River in Colbert County prices are in the same range.

florence al: Have You Experienced This????......Advice needed on USDA Loans

Have any of you guys dealt with USDA Loans? Here in Northwest Alabama most of our properties qualify for these loans and it has been a great selling point to get properties moving. To my knowledge it is the only loan program left with 100% financing. My question is this...Is it possible to qualify for USDA if the property has a pool. I am getting mixed answers from the lenders I have called to ask. Some are saying USDA will NOT finance a property with a pool. But some are saying as long as the appraised value (not including (4 comments)
