Have any of you guys dealt with USDA Loans? Here in Northwest Alabama most of our properties qualify for these loans and it has been a great selling point to get properties moving. To my knowledge it is the only loan program left with 100% financing. My question is this...Is it possible to qualify for USDA if the property has a pool. I am getting mixed answers from the lenders I have called to ask. Some are saying USDA will NOT finance a property with a pool.
