There were 31 homes sold in Florence Al for the month of October. This is down slightly from October of last year, but even with last month. This is a good indication that our market is stable and hopefully on an upward move.
New listings are almost double compared to October of 2010. This is a good indication that consumer confidence is up as they are seeing that our market is on the rebound and homes in Florence Al are selling.
We are definitely seeing an improvement in our Florence Real Estate Market which is good news we can all use.
Homes Sales as well as Pending sales are up from the previous month.
After a 4 year decrease we are also showing an increase in sales compared to September 2010. This is really a great indicator that our market is on an upward swing.
The market conditions for waterfront properties in Florence Al and surrounding areas have basically remained steady over the past 5 years. Waterfront properties are and will remain to be highly sought after. The number of sales has remained basically the same.
