New listings are almost double compared to October of 2010. This is a good indication that consumer confidence is up as they are seeing that our market is on the rebound and homes in Florence Al are selling.

One of the benefits of having an agent work for you...is having the agent WORK for you. I have some out of state clients who have spent the past 2 weekends with me looking for their retirement dream...a Waterfront Home. We made an offer on one but just couldn't get the numbers to work.
