You Don't Have To Be A "Straight A" Student....To Qualify For A Loan? This morning my husband and I were having coffee (very rare occasion since we work such different schedules) just chit-chatting. He asked me how things were going with a particular offer on one of my listings. Unfortunately, my answer was...the buyers are having trouble with their financing. His response was...that's the trouble these days, you may have plenty of potential buyers, but unless they are "Straight A" Students they can't get a loan. His analogy made me chuckle.
