Looks Like New Construction and Pre Construction Homes will be the buying trends on 30a for 2014. Our existing inventories are super low and the builders have tons of Spec Homes under construction. Most of the homes active on the market have been for sale at least a year and have functional obsolescence, remodel issues or location issues. Even if you have to pay a little more, it is worth it to get a brand new home with current building codes.
