Hi All! I had attempted to set up a good referral network of agents in all the states and foreign countries where Canadians are buying quite some time ago, but due to my own extremely busy schedule with our Saskatoon Real Estate market I was unable to respond to many of you. I apologize for that! Now that we are leading into summer it is less insane and so it is time to get going on this as I know your american market is starting to get busier again.

For those of you who keep track of the real estate market across Canada you will know that Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has the fastest growing real estate market in 2007.  The average selling price on a home in Saskatoon for 2007 was $232,362.  In January, 2007 average price was $190,037 and ended in December, 2007 at $255,271.  During this time we saw record growth in our real estate market which can be attributed to the rapid growth in our economy.  The Saskatchewan economy is at an all time high with record number of people moving into our province.  It is estimated that over … (0 comments)

For those of you in Canada who haven't had a chance to keep up with the national real estate market, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has the fastest growing market in the country.  As a result the vacancy rate in Saskatoon has fallen to an all time low at 1.2% as of December, 2007.
