winter: How To Keep Motivated In The Winter

For those of us who work in colder climates I ask you... how do you keep motivated in the winter? For those of you who are unfamiliar with the city of Saskatoon or even the weather in Saskatchewan I'll give you a quick overview. We have 4 distinct seasons here with our summers sitting around +30 degrees celsius and our winters going down to -30 degrees celsius.
