Barnegat home sales (non-waterfront) jumped 287.5% in July 2013 in comparison with a year ago. The surge shows that the Barnegat Housing market is continueing to strengthen. Barnegat housing prices for July 2013 do not yet reflect the upswing in sales. The median sold price for a home in July of this year was $165,000 compared to $205,000 in July 2013, even though the list price in July of 2012 was 219,000 compared to $190,769 for last July.
