washington real estate: First blog of 2007

Good morning everyone. It's about 10:35 on Thursday January 18th, 2007 and I just set up my blog page with the help of Activerain.com. Finally the snow has stopped and rain is falling, just like the normal winter here in western Washington. But even more important is that the school schedules are back to normal so my kids got on the bus at the normal 8:15 am time and I got a quiet house. The change in the weather will also help in the real estate market as people don't like to go out and look at houses when it is snowing. … (10 comments)
