It's time once again for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Meeks Park in Blairsville, GA. Saturday, March 28, 2015 10AM -12PM Children (ages 2-12 years old) will hunt for over 6,000 eggs placed on three fields in Meeks Park. Each group will be released to hunt according to their age. Mountain Crossings invites you to join in kicking off the 2015 thru hiker season with a family fun celebration! They will have live music, gear demonstrations, good food, face painting, arts and crafts, and so much more. Special guest Richard Judy, author of Thru An Applachian Trail Love Story, will also be joining in for a book signing. In addition to all of the exciting activities listed above, they will be having a gear raffle! 100% of the proceeds go to a project illustrating the history of the A.T.
