Prices UP, Inventory DOWN in Georgia in September , according to the November/Decmber 2012 issue of Georgia REALTOR!! According to the report, New listings in Georgia decreased 18%, Pending Sales were up 16%, Inventory level dropped 32%, Median prices increased by 20%, Average prices were up 12% and the Months supply of homes for sale decreased by 41%!!!
