WHY EVERY SELLER SHOULD THINK LIKE A BUYER I know that every seller has designed and kept their home in their own style and what makes them feel comfortable since they bought the house. They have their own decorating style, colors, pictures, furniture and knck knacks. Then they decided to sell their home, and the Realtor tells them that they need to de-personalize it. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN SELLERS LEAVE FURNITURE IN THE FRONT YARD I Had a settlement today ( Thank God!), and the sellers left furniture in the front yard. the buyers were upset, and the sellers had not made arrangements to have the furniture picked up by anyone.
