HOUSING INVENTORY IS UP IN HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND THE HOUSING INVENTORY IN HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND HAS BEEN LOW FOR THE PAST YEAR.  DURING THE LAST 60 DAYS WE ARE SEEING MORE AND MORE NEW LISTINGS COMING ON THE MARKET.  MOST OF THEM ARE STANDARD SALES, NOT SHORT SALES OR FORECLOSURES. THIS BODES WELL FOR BUYERS AND SELLERS BECAUSE OF A MORE BALANCED MARKET.  WE ARE PREDICTING A BOOM "NOT BLOOM" IN OUR SPRING MARKET.

I am sitting in the new Miller Branch of the Howard County, Maryland public library.  It is truly beautiful and has every amenity any library could have.  It's like being in a 5 star hotel!  It has a cafeteria area, a teen area, a toddler area, over 100 computers, electronic checkout, lovely terrace with views of wooded hills, great and helpful staff, large print book section, elevators, plenty of parking, private reading rooms, conference rooms and a fantastic "Enchanted Garden".  What more could you want!  It is located on Frederick Rd in Ellicott City, Maryland.  Come visit.  You won't be disappointed.
