The following figures are for Lake Arrowhead, Arrowhead Woods, which means if you live within certain boundaries, you have access to the lake for fishing, swimming and boating. The numbers were taken from the Rim of The World Multiple Listing Board and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Keep in mind, that since September isn't over, those figures may change by month's end.

FUN: DAFFODIL GARDEN IN RUNNING SPRINGS is open to the public March 28 thru April 28 (check dates) to allow the public visit the gardens for THE LAST YEAR!!! Read all about it on the link above.
FACTS: Shirley Temple's 1937 movie, HEIDI, was filmed (much of it) in Lake Arrowhead. I am not absolutely certain of the exact location, but Strawberry Peak area (Twin Peaks) comes to mind. SEE LAKE ARROWHEAD HISTORY

FACT: Affordability in the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino counties) rose 25 points from 45% to 70% in the fourth quarter of last year.

The following market statistics show a month-by-month (Cross porperties) comparision to 2007 solds. We have had many more sales this year but, as we all know, prices are down. There are still some great bargains out there, waiting for buyers to take advantage of. (I know we have a few more days in the year and, on 12/31, I will make any changes of December solds).
