listings: TOURING LISTINGS...FEW DO

We had an interesting office meeting today. The subject: Touring company, MLS and fellow realtors' listings. One of the listings we had on tour today belongs to an agent who RARELY tours ANYONE'S listings. In fact, the agent RARELY even bothers showing up at our "mandatory" meetings. The agent always has some kind of excuse (dog has a hangnail, need to watch the grass grow, having gas pains). I feel, as others have expressed, the agent thinks he/she is better than the rest of us. Most likely though, it is just plain old rudeness and lack of consideration for our company and could care less about being a
