When you can't do something you put limitations on yourself. By repeating the word can't over and over in situations you program your brain to use it more than you probably intended it to. Can't is a will or won't situation. Either you will do something or you won't. What is missing is the why? Why won't you? Is it fear, lack of knowledge, laziness or being uncomfortable? Whatever we do we have something to gain from it, even if it is our unwillingness to do something.
