Here is an illustrative pie chart of the what has sold, what is listed and what is pending in Islamorada, in the Florida Key Oct 14 to Nov 14th 2010. The market is much more active in 2010 vs 2009. Last year there were only 7 sales and 14 pendings during this same time period. Our market appears to be increasing as the weather up north gets colder.

Sunday was a perfect day for simply being here in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. The water was flat calm, the skies blue with a few puffy clouds and the fish were biting.
 
My husband Bill and I went out to lunch at Mangrove Mike's then down to Lower Matcumbe to take some photos. Did I mention that I just figured out my camera takes video? On the way down, we were admiring the view. On the way back, I figured, what the heck. I have a fresh pair of batteries in my camera, let's share the ride.
