zillow: Zillow and the "other" area, to join or not join that board.... - 12/17/11 10:42 PM
I have a Zillow account and partially sponsor a local zip code. They didn't have anyone in a nearby zip code that is NOT part of my MLS, but they put me there anyway.
I have been sending these leads to an agent in that area, and have received an $800. referral check. I am getting more and more hits on that area. I am wondering if I should join that board and start answering these leads myself. If nothing else, read paragraph three, highlighted.   The spring semester is starting at our local community college, Florida Keys Community College, upper Keys campus. I am not very happy with my current photography, so I am heading back to class to learn more about using my digital camera.
I am sure many 'Rainers, including Kodak, have lots of tips and tricks, but I think I need someone that is hands on helping me understand photography and the proper use of the camera. I learned one thing today that I never thought about.

Buyer's are on the Internet more than ever. Even though I try to get them to use my website www.KathyDenworth.com, they don't always know about it (I'm working on that) or they forget. Often I am asked why they can see a property on Zillow, but not on Realtor.com.
   
 
Sometimes it is just easier to use Zillow or Zillow pops up while they are browsing around.
