It seems to me that in this part of Florida (NorthEast) large production builders rarely build homes with gutters installed. Up north, gutters are a norm.
It's not like we have Sunny Florida 365 days of the year! We have rain, we have a rainy season, we have torrential rain, sometimes we have nor'easters that bring a few days of rain. So, what's the deal?
It's not like it's a big expense but the builders typically have it as an "OPTION" and then buyers think, they'd rather have granite counter tops or wood floors as an option and gutters can come … (2 comments)
