Sturbridge Market Report: 3rd Quarter 2009 I am happy to provide you with this market snapshot for the town of Sturbridge, Massachusetts, for the third quarter of 2009. For the third quarter of 2009, July 1 through September 30, home sales in Sturbridge remain at a slow but steady rate. Twenty single family homes sold during this time period; however, the number of homes on the market remains high. With 99 homes currently on the market, there is still over a year's worth of inventory available in Sturbridge.
