Final Tax Bills - Reminder
If you live in Uxbridge, Ontario and are a property owner or if you simply own property in Uxbridge, Ontario the first instalment of your Final Property Tax Bill is due.
Don't Miss The Deadline
Your first installment is due Monday June 26th for your 2017 Final Tax Bill. Uxbridge does charge a penalty interest of 1.25% which will be added to your tax bill. If you do not pay it by the 26th of June they will add another 1.25%.
Your second installment is due Sept 25th, 2017 so mark your calendar now.

The Uxbridge Real Estate Market activity slowed in December as anticipated but still showed improvement over 2012. Year to date home sales were up by slightly over 4% and up just over 15% when comparing December this year with 15 sales to December last year with 13 sales - See more here
