So far this year listing levels have remained lower than the last three years. If the current trend continues we will see more sales for April 2013 than we saw in 2012, couple that with a lower inventory of listings and we can expect average prices to continue to rise.

Potential purchasers looking at listing details Year to date are tracking just above 2011 but below 2012 numbers. If the current trend continues we will see fewer potential buyers looking at the details of homes for sale this year than we have seen in the last two years.
