As expected, FHA is raising the Mortgage Insurance effective for all New Case Numbers Sept 7th, 2010. Currently FHA Mortgage Insurance is .55% and will almost double to .90% monthly. FHA is expected to yield approximately $300 million with this new Change having the cost passed onto Buyers.
