We had 70 Single Family Homes on the market in Pella during the Month of February 2009. Three homes were Sale Pending and 4 Homes Sold. Average Square Footage of Sold Homes 2407 ~ DOM 57 ~ Average sale price $262,688 ~ Selling Price per Square Foot $122. The number of Sold homes was down from 2008 where we had 11 homes sold in the month of February.
