I still remember when I first arrived in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego 11 years ago house hunting because my husband found a new job and we had to relocate to San Diego from Northern California. From the freeway, I saw this picturesque town with red roofs and trees. I immediately was excited about the move.
Rancho Bernardo is a small town, in the northern part of the city of San Diego. It is about 20 miles east from the beaches. You are in the suburbs, but you are never 20 minutes away from everywhere.

Just this past couple of weeks I am seeing more activites in the market. Buyers are writing offers instead of "just looking", investors are out snapping up bargains...Multiple offers on REO properties...This is really exciting. My agents are writing more offers! All these gloom and doom talk in the media is not true!!
