The death of open houses - greatly exaggerated I know I'm probably the exception, but I love doing open houses. I find they are great lead generators, and sometimes you even sell the house you are holding open. I just did one yesterday in Colorado Springs and had great traffic; all from signs. I held it open with a fellow co-worker, Patricia Beck, and thanks to her assistance with placing the signage we had great exposure. We're not sure how many people came through, but we think we had 8 or 9 sets of people, resulting in 3 possible seller leads, (9 comments)
