This is my story ............ Yesterday, I wrote an offer for a buyer I'm working with. We saw the property on Wednesday night at 6:00pm, looked it over pretty good while we were there. My buyers already knew the next door neighbor, so they were very familiar with the Colorado Springs neighborhood; and already had some inside info about the house and the area. The property already had one offer on it, but the listing agent said that I could certainly write a back-up offer on it just in case the original offer didn't go through.
