I have noticed some renewed interest and a little more activity in the local Real Estate Market. Seems this "Buyer's Market" is attracting attention. I, personally, am pleased to see that consumers are beginning to recognize adjustments in prices to accommodate today's market. I have great hope that this action will continue to stimulate a recently stagnant market. … (1 comments)
