I am so frustrated with a Buyer that I have been working with for months. She has been leasing for 5 years, she is approved. We look and look at homes, but she seems to always find something wrong, or hesitates. We have found several homes she really liked, but she hesitated once again and she lost out. I have tried to explain the Buying process, and that the homes that are updated somewhat and priced right are going quick. We have been looking for 3 months, I am to the point I am just about done.

This past few years the Housing Market has been at an all time low, and with the increase in housing inventory buyers have lots of choices. Unfortunately, that creates a problem for the Seller's that are just wanting to sell, and move on.
So for those Seller's pricing their home right is what really matters. All seller's think that there home is great, and to them it is. But for the Buyer's out there they may not see the same in the home that the Seller see's. So Seller's want to price their home based on home prices for a few years … (3 comments)
