Florida's Shrinking New Listing Inventory really gets the point across when you compare the last three years:

And while the number of new listings for single family homes has declined 7.9% in just the last year, the change is even larger when we look at condos and townhomes, which shows a 10.8% reduction in the last twelve months!

Whitney Houston, passed away today at the tender age of 48 years young.
A true superstar that unfortunately went supernova way too young in her existence.
Yet another candle extinguished way too soon. As they say, A Star that burns twice as bright burns half as long. And she shined brighter than many and left sooner than most.
May she finally find peace and comfort in the arms of our Lord.

First lowest unemployment rate in 5 years at 11.2% down fom 13.2% 1 year ago today.
Next, lowest interest rates in over 30 years at less than 4% for 30 year fixed.
Next, new business opening FIVE GUYS BURGERS and FRIES of St Lucie West and hired about 60 people.
Next, Digital Domain opened it's new Port St Lucie Studio in Jan and is hiring over 500 new jobs.
Next, Aegis Opened it's doors and hired nearly 1300 employees.
