Our office this month had a client couple who's current mortgage was over $4000 per month in Tradition area of Port St Lucie. They were NEVER LATE and had credit scores over 740 when they contacted us for help as they said default was inevitable. We asked for a traditional or coop short sale and it was approved by BofA.
