Has anyone started using QR CODES yet and if yes, how are you finding creative ways to use them and how are they working for you?
I have multiple reader apps I have tried on my Iphone and only 1 or 2 do a great job of nearly instantly reading the codes and I just have a feeling the technology is just not quite there yet. Any input from anyone that has already started implementing these into your business would be appreciated.

Here is our Market Trend for the first 2 months in a more affluent area of PSL. The slight increase in absorbion rate can likely be attributed to more foreclosure being released. Sales stayed fairly steady but inventory did rise.
It is my opinion that since our busiest price point continues to be less than 100K, and most sales in this price point selling at a median of 107% over asking, this particular market will continue to be very hot.

Inventory is down, Days on market are consistent, and sales are steady. With lower inventory and steady sales, it is only a matter of time before prices start rising once again.
