This is really getting rediculous. Now the FAA is basically saying that as realtors, we should not even use aerial photos provided by a reputable company because of it's interpretation of the law. How does anyone else feel about this story? I must say that today, the Kevin B Tolbert PA Team of Keller Williams Realty of Port St Lucie turned the "For Sale By Owner" AKA FSBO seller into a true believer. He had a property listed with his sign for a few months. He kept saying he didn't want to pay commission.
