Hey Everyone, Once again, I'm a little late getting this recap up because my husband and I decided to take a short trip to Charleston for the New Year! If you ever go, be sure to stop by Market Street and visit Henry's. Awesome food, great friendly bartenders and lots of fun. We ended up spending our whole night there and had a blast! Ok, so week #7 wasn't the best week I've had but I do feel like I did some of the most important things over the smaller items. With week #8 wrapping up the end of 2010 and starting me fresh with 2011, I"m looking forward to a very productive and positive new year! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are gearing up for a fresh new start in 2011! Since Friday was Christmas Eve, I decided to wait until today to do my normal Friday recap. Christmas is on Saturday and I haven't even bought one present. OMG! I think I have waited way too long this year. So this week might be a little lighter than the others since I need to take some time and get shopping and wrapping. But I still plan for it to be a productive week. Good morning!! Well, I had a very positive and productive week again thanks to my accountability blog that I've been doing here. We had our Holiday open house for all our local Realtors to come by and enjoy a nice meal and some good drinks. Great success and it was nice having lots of positive people discussing our market and what we can do to improve! Here is what I accomplished other than the holiday event :

December can be one of the hardest months to keep working and stay motivated. I know that i want my January 2011 to be a huge success and in this business, what I do the month prior to directly reflects on my closed business in the coming month. Another week has passed on my new "Game On" program and I'm feeling better and better about it each week. Its making me do the things I have put off before and really getting me focused in on what brings me deals rather spending time on what I prefer to do. I have been actively blogging about my goals for each week and then holding myself accountable by posting on Fridays what I accomplished. Its been such a huge motivation to keep me doing what I need to do to be productive, finish my year off strong and start my new year even stronger! Good afternoon Active Rainer's! I have completed my week 4 of this accountability project and man is it helping my business! This month I'll be on track to close Seven loans and I have another one that I might add. Normally this is super tough in December to get people to buy with all that is going on with the holidays but its looking like it will be a strong way to send out 2010! So Thanksgiving is over and I'm sure I'm not the only one that ate way too much! It was great to have a few nice days off to spend with my husband, my mom and a few great friends that didn't have anywhere to go this past holiday week. I cooked a big turkey that turned out pretty good and lots of great sides. Hopefully I can get things quickly back on track and focused for a strong first week of December. Hopefully you all had a fantastic holiday week with great food, friends and family! I had a great time relaxing and eating way too much so I'm ready to get back to normal. Happy Thanksgiving week everyone! So with this week being a very short one, I still have a few lengthly goals to accomplish this week. Ok, so this is the first full week that I was able to work on my list and I'm very excited about what i've accomplished. So most Monday's are the most productive days of my work week. I got through all my list of to do's, check out what was completed and what wasn't. Happy Monday! OK so last week was a bit of a whirlwind. I ended up going and wrapping up my continuing education classes. The class was very interesting. I actually took a similar class for last years continuing ed all about the SAFE act and what the changes that are taking place are all about. This year was again about the SAFE act and what the major changes have happened just since last years class.
