For you local NC agents that haven't yet taken your CE class to get up to speed on this new contract, I highly encourage you to do so!  This is going to change the game in a lot of ways.  Here are a few highlights as to what the new changes are:

nc contract: The New North Carolina Real Estate Contract... - 11/30/10 03:48 AM
NC is normally on top of the game when it comes to the legal and banking industries.  Starting next year, the new contract for real estate transactions goes into affect and I would really like to get some of your local opinions on the new contract. 
Do you feel its better or worse?  Does it protect your sellers or your buyers more now or is it even across the board.  My office is doing a training this afternoon and I would like to get some of the NC Realtors take on it!
