asheville homes: Asheville Real Estate Forecast for Buyers

For those of us trying to peak around the corner of 2009 to seek the bottom of the Asheville real esttate market, here is some food for thought. Having lived and invested here for nearly 20 years, I have found spring be one of the strongest selling seasons for homes in the Asheville/Hendersonville area. Buyers are reluctant to move during the winter, especially those with school age children. Often, sellers don't want their homes on the market during the holiday season or want to wait for more a time where there are more prospects. Large numbers of sellers who are in a i to wait until spring are doing just that. … (0 comments)
