bergen county: 1st Q 2014 Real Estate Report - Ramsey - 04/21/14 08:02 AM
1st Quarter Summary
Inventory was better but not enough to meet pent-up buyer demand.
While the number of new listings increased by 50% over the same period in 2013, inventory was not enough as  the number of days on the market (DOM) those properties were on dropped by 57% (vs. -11% average in NW Bergen County). In short, when priced right, homes are selling MUCH faster.

No, this group of members took it upon themselves to make it a community event that benefited a worthy cause – the Max Cure Foundation for pediatric cancer causes – and raised more than $5000.
The Be Brave Burger Throwdown had a tough road in seeing the light of day … (4 comments)
