Your Listing Agreement Has Expired, What Have you Learned? Well for the obvious the house did not sell. But why? Was it priced too high so as to omit potential buyers who think "They'll never go down to my price range". Maybe you were not available or your agent was not available to let buyers in when they could come. So they bought something else. Did you show the house and not let the agent do his/her job? Were you "On top" of the potential buyers so they couldn't even think clearly? Did the house have an unpleasant odor? How are (4 comments)

Analytics, do you use it? Not very hard to see the report, just click in to your Youtube Video and click on "Views reports" From there you can see who is viewing your video, male, female, age group, etc. It's interesting to see where they clicked in to the video, how long they watched, where did you start to loose them, etc. This information shows how interesting your video is. Think about how you can improve it to retain more viewing time, and show your client how you are working behind the scenes. We need to start with the Why question first. Why do we want to sell our home? Just to mention a few of the most common reasons. Sometimes it's elementary, we need a bigger or smaller place. If we like the neighborhood, and have enough land, we may consider adding on or building up. If that's not an option, then we need another place.
