Who was the most influential person in your life in 2010?
Speaking Real Estate of course.
In 2005, I received my Real Estate License in New York State. Thought to myself, "I can sell houses". Boy O Boy, did I have a lot to learn. Thank the good Lord, I chose the right Real Estate Agency. Little did I know how much I would need to learn to be a good Realtor.

To Sell or Not To Sell? That is the Question.
We need to start with the Why question first.
Why do we want to sell our home? Just to mention a few of the most common reasons.
Sometimes it's elementary, we need a bigger or smaller place. If we like the neighborhood, and have enough land, we may consider adding on or building up. If that's not an option, then we need another place.
We're retiring and want to be (near family, or warmer climate)
Job change, too far away to commute
Divorce.

You did a fantastic job. No damage to my property, and even more important, no one got hurt. Trimming can be VERY dangerous, so I'm doubly grateful. Also, your men left my property cleaner than when they got here. After all the cutting, they not only cleaned the mess from the saws, but even cleaned up some of my leaves. What a GREAT time for buyers on Staten Island. Whether is Annadale, Eltingville, Great Kills, or any where on Staten Island. Mortgage rates are around 4 1/2% for buyers with good credit, see Mortgagelinks.com
Prices have come down, generally speaking for all of Staten Island, about 13% from the high of 2006.
So, the average price (sold) in '06 was $456,040, and from August 31, 2009 to Sept 1st, 2010 the average sold price was $396,917.
