Kudos to the other side Yes folks, kudos to the other Realtor in my last transaction. I know she is the "competition" but after you read this post you will see that she is really the example of what we all should be. After we closed last week, I get a call from her about 6 days post closing. Seems the buyers are having a hard time of it with everything going wrong with their new home. Are you flying your plane backward? What you say? A plane can actually fly backward? Correct. Take for example a Piper Cub. Small plane, flies around 60 miles an hour. But if the conditions are right, say reduced speed to 40 miles an hour with a 70 mile an hour head wind, the plane will fly backward. The wind will push the plane back. Now here is the interesting part. The passengers will not realize it. The plane is flying nice and you don't notice unless you look at the gages that the pilot sees. Staten Island Real Estate Agent, Ask your next agent what he/she will do for you. Make a list of do's and don'ts. Compare all aspects of the process of selling your home. Have three or four look at your home and give a plan of action for showing your property. Ask plenty of questions, like "can you show me some of your recent sales"? "Do you have any testimonies"? "Will you be present each and every time my home is shown, or do I have to do that"? "Tell me about your company"? Etc. Here is just a small sample of (6 comments)
